A PLACE OF HORTICULTURE

Gardening has been a passion of mine since childhood. As an RHS award-winning garden designer, I've always loved how gardens can bring communities together, fostering connections and creating beautiful shared spaces. Over the years, I've had the privilege of volunteering at a local RHS-affiliated garden, deepening my commitment to community engagement and the joy of gardening.

Professionally, I have a strong foundation in architecture, having worked on prestigious projects such as the National Gallery and the Wallace Collection, as well as various cultural and educational projects. Currently, I serve as a Development Officer, helping to build social housing and further contributing to community development.

My design philosophy focuses on working with the context to create harmonious and sustainable garden spaces. I take pride in understanding the unique aspects of each project and tailoring my designs to enhance their natural surroundings. Inspired by the concept of biophilic architecture, my approach emphasizes a deep connection between nature and the built environment, creating spaces that resonate with a strong sense of place. A notable project of mine is the garden at the RHS Tatton Flower Show 2024 in the Long Border category.
